CHIP COOKIE DOUGH CHEESECAKE RECIPE

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake Recipe

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH CHEESECAKE - This Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough cheesecake will fulfill your cookie dough cravings and is certain to galvanize your household and friends!

INGREDIENTS

  • For the Cookie dough:
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • For the Oreo Crust:
  • 24 Oreo cookies-finely crushed
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • For the Cheesecake:
  • 4 (8-ounce) applications cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • For topping:
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ⅔ cup heavy cream
  • Mini chocolate chips, optional
